1. When you make your reservation, you will be charged immediately for 50% (fifty percent, one-half) of the total reservation amount, including 11% (eleven percent) Mariposa county bed tax, on your Visa or MasterCard. For two-day reservations we will take 100% of the total reservation amount at the time of the reservation.
2. One (1) month (30 days) prior to your arrival, any remaining balance will be charged to your original credit card.
3. Should you cancel at any time, there will be a fifteen (15) percent cancellation penalty on the ENTIRE DEPOSIT amount.
4. Should you cancel within one (1) month (30 days) to 8 days prior to your arrival, there will be a 25% penalty of the total reservation. There is a 100% cancellation fee if you should cancel within 7 days of arrival date, or if you are a no-show. If we can rebook your confirmed dates, the cancellation fee will be 15% of total amount. If you plan to come in late LET US KNOW at 800-669-9300 or 209-372-4094 and we will make arrangements for you to pick up your key as a late arrival. 5. Sorry, we do not give refunds for shortened stays. In the event of park closure, we will offer a no-additional-charge return visit within one year.
Therefore, please avoid making a reservation, unless you are sure all your parties agree on the date, accommodation type, and cancellation policy.
